Where is your shop based ?
PetsArtCollection is based in Québec, Canada for product design. Manufacturing and shipping are mainly carried out from the USA, depending on the product. Below is a summary (subject to change without notice):

- Mugs 11oz: USA, Canada, Australia, Latvia, Spain, UK, Brazil, and Japan
- Mugs 15oz: USA, Canada, Australia, Latvia, Spain, UK

- Greeting Cards: 4x6 (USA & Latvia), 5x7 (Latvia only)
*Some exceptions for certain sizes or colors.
What is the production and delivery time ?
Our products are typically produced within 2 to 6 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and time of year, usually taking between 5 to 18 days. For more specific information, please check the estimated delivery date listed on the item page.

Do you accept returns or exchange ?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

➤ Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include photos of the product and packaging (showing both the entire item and close-ups of the damage). We’ll refund or replace it.
➤ Incorrect items
If we made an error on your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll gladly send the correct item to you at no extra char
Can I cancel my order ?
Order cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of placing the order.
Can I change the shipping address on my order ?
Address changes are possible within 2 hours after placing your order. After this window, we can’t guarantee a successful update. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
P.S.: We are not liable for items that cannot be delivered or are sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all our blankets to the USA and Canada.
Can I personalize a product?
Yes, many of our products are designed to be personalized according to your request. For products that do not have personalization by default, please contact us, and we will be pleased to assist you if it is possible.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
What print quality can I expect ?
We print all our products in high-definition to ensure vibrant colors and sharp details. Our standard resolution is at least 300 dpi.
Throw pillows are printed at a minimum of 300 dpi — and when using customer-submitted photos, we print at 400 dpi for optimal clarity. For our largest blanket (60x80), we use 240 dpi to balance quality and file size without compromising detail.

Where are your products made and shipped from ?
Our products are printed and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful Inc., a U.S.-based company with fulfillment centers around the world. In the United States, they operate facilities in North Carolina, Texas, and California.
We can't guarantee in advance which facility will process your order, as it depends on product type, availability, and other logistical factors. For that reason, we list Printful’s headquarters address in Charlotte, NC by default.
No matter which location fulfills your order, rest assured the quality remains consistent. Printful is known for its high production standards, reliable printing, and excellent service across all its sites.
