Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

✨ Exceptions ✨

➤ Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it and include photos of the product and packaging (showing both the entire item and close-ups of the damage).  We’ll refund or replace it.

➤ Incorrect items
If we made an error on your order, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt, and we’ll gladly send the correct item to you at no extra charge.
